We are looking for a Laboratory Administrator to join our Business Delivery team.
Title: Laboratory Administrator - Clinical... Support
Salary: £29,280 per annum
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Hours: 35 per week (full-time)
Location: Hybrid (4 days on-site), with laboratory in Hampstead, London

Job Summary
We are looking for a Laboratory Administrator on a fixed term contract to cover for maternity leave. You will primarily support a team of Clinical Scientists who are responsible for authorising clinical results and reporting those results back to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare sensitive clinical reports.
Coordinate the team through email inbox management, creation of rotas, and appropriate prioritisation of workloads.
Monitor and track progression of samples across the Lab in order to meet agreed turnaround times.
Prepare invoices and liaise with Finance.

Essential Attributes
• Proven organisational skills in a similar role.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Experience of effective time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A scientific background is desirable.
