Job Descrption
We are looking for a main contractor's Senior Site Engineer who will report to a Project Manager on a structural, cut & carve refurbishment to yield a 5 storey office near Old Street, London EC1.
One of a number of projects built for a commercial developer our client works with regularly, the scheme has a build value of around £8m and the successful candidate will take responsibility for technical verification, and subcontract QA. The successful candidate will be a degree qualified civil engineer with a minimum of four years' experience on temporary works, CAD and design management and will now be looking to progress their career towards Construction Manager on the behalf of a £150m a year turnover business with a reputation for rewarding success and contribution.
Interviews can be offered immediately and an industry-leading salary is offered which comprises a basic of upto £60k, package and bonus.
