KeyResponsibilities:
• Provide sales reports to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with the Company Operations Head to develop and implement innovative business strategies.
• Oversee the smooth operation of Luxury Travel services.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring company profitability.
• Regularly meet with the Travel Team to review sales figures and plan strategies.
• Liaise with company officers to address local issues and strategize solutions.
• Promote and market the business to new or niche markets.
• Manage budgets and maintain financial records.
• Sell travel... products and tailor-made tour packages.
• Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke and sustainable travel.
• Ensure branch performance and productivity exceed expectations.
• Gather information on client preferences and interests.
• Coordinate with travel partners to manage bookings and schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries and aim to exceed their expectations.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
• Organize incentives, bonus schemes, and competitions.
• Address disciplinary matters and customer complaints
