English/Arabic Junior Litigation Lawyer - UAE Experience

Your role

· Handle online courts proceedings in the UAE.

· Advise and handle commercial, civil, and real estate, employment and family disputes before local courts.

· Advise and handle property sale and purchase, and rental disputes before courts and RDC.

· Handle all administrative works before judicial organizations.

· Conduct continuous legal research and prepare articles and commentary notes on laws in the UAE.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree from reputable Egyptian university (English Section... Masters will be an advantage.

· You are a member of the Egyptian Bar.

· You have proven experience in dispute resolution in and outside the UAE.

· You have excellent writing skills and possess good command of English.

· You are open-minded, motivated, flexible, capable of working independently, and eager to develop yourself.

Salary Package

· We offer attractive salary package with excellent cash compensation scheme on achieving targets.

· You shall also be subject to our finder fee module for finding new leads.
