We are seeking talented Full Stack Senior Software Engineers to join us, who are passionate about software development and building great products to work on our platform. Reporting to one of our Development Leads, you will be working as part of an agile team, building an industry changing SaaS platform using the latest technologies.
What you will do:
Deep analysis of requirements, planning and developing new features for our platform.
Production of high-quality code with consideration of performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Reviewing the team’s code contributions, enforcing coding standards and ensuring high quality software development practices.
Managing source code repositories and branching strategies.
Engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide technical solutions that align with business objectives.
Fixing software defects, code refactoring, and identifying areas for improvement in our code base.
Writing extensive unit and integration tests.
Providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise to junior and mid-level Software Engineers.
Working in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering over sprints.
Attending and engaging in sprint ceremonies.
Requirements
Professional software development experience in similar roles.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and manage expectations of stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Strong working knowledge of
C# .NET
LINQ and Entity Framework
SQL Server
Web APIs
Source control management
Unit tests
Experience with:
OOP, SOLID and secure coding principles
Software design patterns
Web-based languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Microservices
Azure DevOps
It would be a bonus for candidates to have exposure to the following, but these are nice to haves:
Bootstrap CSS framework and front-end development
Familiarity with Azure
Multi-tenanted SaaS software solutions
Insurance industry experience
