Night Receptionist
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalized assistance during the night hours of duty.
- Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines.
- Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
- Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity
- Fluency in English
- Spanish knowledge would be a plus
- Knowledge of the Opera system.
