Your future role within QRT
You will lead global benefits for Qube’s nine (and increasing) country locations in EMEA and APAC. You will develop a market-leading benefits and wellbeing programme which supports Qube employees, as well as enhances our ability to attract and retain talent
Liaise with global benefits brokers to oversee contract renewals and negotiations, changes to existing plans, vendor and broker selection and management, change management and benefit design for new locations
Support QRT’s employee value proposition by researching market practice, benchmarking, and developing recommendations for benefit and wellbeing offerings.
Monitor trends and drive improvements that support the continuous evolution of our benefits programmes and services
Work with local HR Directors and country CEOs to develop globally consistent and locally tailored benefits programmes
Ensure compliance and control across benefit programmes including retirement savings, health (medical and dental), insurances, other benefits
Your present skillset
8+ years experience
Summarising complex benefits topics and providing clear recommendations driven by data insights
Deep and broad global benefits knowledge, including healthcare, life and disability insurance, pensions, mobility plans, time off, leaves of absence, voluntary benefits and flex programs, as well as wellness initiatives and wellbeing programs
Forward thinking, employee-centric and commercial approach to benefits with the ability to use your experience to drive change. Understanding of total reward and talent markets
A network of vendor and peer contacts in the countries in which we operate
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of stakeholders
Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
Proven track record of working effectively with people across a large, complex organisation to create and launch innovative, successful solutions
Deep analytical skills, experience working with and communicating large amounts of health and well-being data, and experience establishing and tracking program metrics
